Most of our customers have customers of their own - we give service providers on our network the opportunity to resolve issues themselves before we step in with disconnection, suspension or termination. All of our customers are governed equally and strictly by our Acceptable Use Policy and terms of service regardless of their size or type. Although we have systems in place to detect abuse we still rely heavily on well formulated reports of abuse.
All complaints must be written or copy/pasted into the form above. We cannot serve faxes, letters delivered by postal mail or voicemails to our clients in a timely manner and they are therefor discouraged.
